Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations of multiple café branches.
• Ensure all outlets comply with operational standards and policies.
• Monitor performance and achieve operational and financial targets.
• Lead, train, and motivate café teams to deliver high-quality service.
• Manage inventory, supply orders, and product availability.
• Handle customer feedback and ensure continuous service improvement.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in café or restaurant operations.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Excellent understanding of customer service and operational procedures.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in using computers and reporting systems.
• Prior experience in the Saudi market is a plus.
• Contribute to the expansion and opening of new branches.
