A well-established hospitality company with hotels located near the Central Area of Al-Madinah Al-Munawwarah is currently seeking qualified candidates for the following position:

 

Front Desk Officer

Requirements:

 

At least 2 years of experience in hotel front desk or guest services.

 

Fluent in English (spoken and written).

 

Professional appearance and excellent communication skills.

 

Proficiency in hotel reservation systems.

 

Strong commitment to customer service and the ability to handle guest needs promptly and courteously.
