. chef will be responsible for food preparation , cooking ,and culinary skills to create unique and high quality dishes . the successful candidate should be knowledgeable in japanese food , and maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen.

Qualifications
. experience in food preparation and culinary skills
. knowledgeable in Japanese food preparation
. familiar with food hygiene standardation and kitchen safety regulations
. demonstrates creativity and innovation in sushi preparation and presentation
. excellent communication and teamwork skills
. high attention and to detail and ability to adapt to fast paced and dynamic environment
