Procurement_Specialist

We’re looking for an experienced #Procurement_Specialist to join our dynamic team and contribute to the efficiency of our supply chain operations

 

Job Title: Procurement Specialist

Location: Yanbu Industrial City, KSA

 

Key Responsibilities:

·      Coordinate and execute procurement processes to meet business and project requirements.

·      Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery capabilities.

·      Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with vendors to optimize value.

·      Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal departments to forecast demand.

·      Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and industry regulations.

·      Maintain accurate records in ERP systems such as SAP and generate procurement reports.

·      Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

 

Requirements:

·      Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.

·      2+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.

·      Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.

·       Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP).

·      Preferably residing in Yanbu Industrial City
